z Ja-Mango

Ja-Mango is our first seasonal flavour and the one that started it all, Ja-Mango! This is the recipe that kicked off the Hot Sauce passion, years before Chooks Hot Sauce officially launched! From growing Chillis in the backyard, to lots of trial and error in the kitchen, not being able to source the Chilli we finally bring Ja-Mango to market! The original name was going to be Moc’s Magic Mango but it took away from the unique flavour and heat of the Jamaican Chilli produces. The recipe is simple, hot and irresistibly bangin’ mahn!
